Defines, maintains, and improves company policies, procedures, and standards related to project management, project engineering, system engineering, quality assurance, configure operation management, training, or process improvement.

Prepares and delivers training and orientations on company processes to external foundations and project teams.

Reviews and analyzes project and customer requirements, and assists project teams in tailoring and using department procedures, methods, templates and tools. Collects project metrics and lessons learned.

Reviews and evaluates project plans and work products and recommends improvements as appropriate.

Performs process assessments in accordance with the Best Practices Models and other related standards.

Assists project teams in preparing for all internal and external evaluations.

Revenue Responsibility:
Develops expense and capital budgets for projects. Must manage scope, actual spending, commitments and anticipated future spending within approved budget. Typical approved project budgets.

  • Provides cross-functional team with the technical knowledge and leadership required for the development of organization performances.
  • Develops and implements projects/programs that provide competitive improvements.
  • Plans and leads medium to large sized projects/programs that include the integration of outside technical resources.

Required Skills:

  • Specialized in development of organizations. Process and procedures creation.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture standards; special communications, national collection programs.
  • Demonstrated familiarity and skills in related software and tool kits
  • Build a Work Management solution for a nonprofit organization
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and begin tasks without direction
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a cross discipline team;
  • Experience working, interfacing and interrelating with diverse personnel both operational and technical;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in highly diverse and dynamic teams.
  • Process engineering resource for capital project teams.
  • Provide process engineering feasibility analysis for potential projects or process improvements.
  • Lead miscellaneous administrative projects/tasks.
  • Demonstrated communication skills (written, verbal, visual, electronic, oral) and interpersonal skills (listening, group facilitation)
  • Experience in one of the following areas: (developing Organizations, process and procedures development)
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic

Qualifications:

  • 10 years professional experience including 5 years working in areas related to Organizations developing process and procedures creating with emphasis on for at least 3 years in project management, Experience should also include 3 years in management level.
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering with a Master Degree or BA with an MBA.
  • Must have good written, listening and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Must have the ability to effectively organize and lead meetings.
  • Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) solutions
  • Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to plan, organize and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess ability to lead informal and formal teams.
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail.
